WHAT MAKES MY SOUL SHINE…

I am a curious creative, a collaborator with the mystical universe, an aspiring poet, an activist for equality, peace and love, an advocate for beauty and meaning. I enjoy dance breaks, yoga, swimming, hiking, experiencing art of all kinds, traveling and being with the people I love.

I’m also a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend. My own story involves pain, suffering, loss, active recovery from people pleasing, learning to learn from shame, loosing my religion, befriending my own rage and fear. I am forever a work in progress and I have spent the last11+ years pursuing intensive personal growth work, getting to know my own wholeness, cultivating a vibrant life, and nurturing a deep desire to support humanity as life coach and visual artist.

I am a Certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach and I abide by the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics.
